Rope Light Sculpture Design and Construction

Digital Sound and Lighting, LLC has designed and constructed many amazing light sculptures for Corporations, Sign Companies, Holiday Light Parks, Zoos, Theme Parks and Halloween events all over the world. Visit our GALLERY for some select pictures. All of our sculptures are artistically welded here in our workshop. The sculptures are then powder coat painted for extreme durability. The lighting used is 20,000 hour, neon rope lighting and is available in hundreds of custom colors. Call us for stock selections or for original piece pricing.

THE PROCESS:

All frames are custom designed and welded here in our shop.

Next, the frames undergo an acid wash to remove any rust and prepares for the painting process.

Frames are Powder Coat Painted to create a tough exterior finish for extreme durability.

Finally, 20,000 Hour Neon Rope Lighting is installed in your choice of colors.
